This is a steampunk choker necklace, strung together with gears and decorated with a little steampunk frog :)
I have attached 2 pictures on how to measure your neck for this necklace. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask! Be sure to measure where on your neck you want the necklace to hang. The necklace is also adjustable just in case you want it a little looser :)
